Caviar Eggs

You need: (serves for 4)
4 eggs
50 g (2 oz) caviar
olive oil

Cook the eggs until hard, then cut them into long halves. Remove the yolks and mix them with olive oil (so they do not crumble). Mix with the caviar and put the mixture back into the egghalves. Serve on inner lettuce leaf.
