220 g (8 oz) flour
200 g (7 oz) butter
100 g (3.5 oz) sugar
40 g (1.5 oz) hazelnuts
200 g (7 oz) jam (according to taste)
Mix the warm butter with the sugar until it is scummy. Stir in the egg, then the flour, the minced hazelnuts, vanilla, almonds and the grated lemonpeel. Fill half of the mix into a baking tin, put on a layer of gelatine leaves, add the jam, another layer of gelatine and the rest of the mix. Bake it for 45 minutes in the oven.
