International NetrestaurantPork Loin BernardYou need: (serves about 4) 900 g (2 lb) pork loin 4 onions 4 tomatoes 4 gherkins 1 dl (3/4 cup) dry, white wine 2 cloves garlic salt, caraway Remove the bone and cut the pork loin into 4 slices. Salt on both sides and put them onto a tin. Crush the garlic (with the knife) and the caraway and spread it over the meat. Cut the gherkins into long halves and put two halves on every slice. Quarter the onions and tomatoes and fill the space between and around the meat (round side up). Put it into the oven for half an hour, then pour over the wine and put it back for another 10-15 minutes. Serve with rice. If you enjoyed the meal, please tell your friends.
