International NetrestaurantHamshroomsYou need: (serves for 4) 8 big mushrooms 100 g (4 oz) ham 2-3 cloves garlic 3 tbsp parsley 2 tbsp olive oil lemon (optional) pepper Cut the mushrooms' hats off and place them on a tin. Chop the rest and mix it with the finely chopped ham, the crushed garlic and the parsley. Add a little pepper (but don't take too much) and - I recommend - some lemonjuice. Add the oil and fill the hats with the mixture. Put altogether into the oven for 7-8 minutes, decorate with some parsley-stems and serve. If you enjoyed it, please tell your friends.
